Charlie’s Slopeside Stays started with family—and a love for the mountains.

Our father, Charlie Milne, founded Charlie Rents Beaver Creek in 2010 with a simple goal: take great care of mountain homes, their owners, and the guests who stay in them. Reed joined his dad in 2019, followed by his sister, Kerry, full-time in 2025—turning Charlie’s business into a true family operation.

Since 2019, we’ve grown from 16 to 39 hand-selected properties, expanding from Vail and Beaver Creek into Snowmass Village in 2023. As our footprint grew beyond Beaver Creek, so did our name. In 2026, Charlie Rents Beaver Creek became Charlie’s Slopeside Stays—a name that better reflects who we are today.

We specialize in exceptional ski-in/ski-out and slopeside homes and intentionally keep our portfolio boutique. We’re not interested in managing every property—we want to work with great homes and great owners who value the same personal approach we do.

Most of all, we love these mountains. Vail, Beaver Creek, and Snowmass are places we know inside and out, and sharing them is one of our favorite parts of the job. Whether it’s where to ski, bike, eat, après, explore, or simply enjoy the mountains, we want our guests to experience Colorado the way we do.
